Is there an application fee?
There is an application and valuation fee that is waived if your loan is higher than $200,000.00. If your loan is less that $200,000.00 you will be required to pay an Application Fee of seven hundred and seventy five dollars and a Valuation Fee. Valuation fees will be advised at time of application, these vary from area to area and state to state.

When will I receive my reward package?
Provided your loan is approved and settled we will ensure your reward package is delivered to your door within 30 days from when your loan is settled and all conditions are met. Please note that the cost of delivery anywhere in Australia is not included.

Can I consolidate other debts with my new Thrive Home Loan?
Yes you can! Personal loans, credit cards, and most other high interest rates loans can be consolidated. You can even borrow that little bit extra for renovations or other items on your wish list. Please remember that normal lending criteria applies to all consolidations.

Yes, there is a minimum of $50,000.00.
